Pound cake Fresh whipped cream, slightly sweetened Earth & Vine Provisions Banana Rum Pineapple Jam Unsweetened finely chopped coconut, toasted Myers Dark Jamaican Rum
In a medium bowl line edges with sliced pound cake, layer with Banana Rum Pineapple Jam, whipped cream and coconut. Repeat process until trifle is complete. Top with whipped cream and coconut. Drizzle Myers Dark Jamaican Rum around edges of bowl.
