Return Policy
  • Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. Please note: returns and/or exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of original receipt. For exchanges, there will be a reshipment charge by credit card, inserted check or prepayment only. Please call customer service at 800-952-5834 during normal business hours for information and rates.

    Special orders, not listed on the web site, are not returnable or refundable.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    International orders will be charged full shipping charges.

    All returns must be shipped to: The Secret Closet, Attention: Returns, 30175 Detroit Avenue - Westlake, Ohio 44145 - USA. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

    Customer is responsible for return freight. Return package must be sent postage paid.

    Merchandise must be in new resalable condition in the original packaging with tags still attached. This means not worn, soiled, altered or unwrapped. Boxes must not be damaged and merchandise must show no signs of use.

    Return package must include instructions describing what you would like done with your returned items.

    Include a copy of your receipt. If you send the original receipt, it will not be returned.

    C.O.D. or check customers must include a check for reshipment charges with returned merchandise. Shipping charges will not be recharged for broken or incorrectly shipped merchadise.

    Please note that special order returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Which means you can return special order merchandise at your cost for half refund. Custom order returns are non refundable and are subject to 100% restocking fee. Which means you can return custom order merchandise at your cost for no refund.
