Please note that items purchased on the internet cannot be picked up or returned at the physical store location. www.secretclosetgifts.com is an entity all its own and the sales made from the site must be shipped as stated and follow normal checkout procedures regardless of your physical distance from the storefront location. This procedure applies for returns and exchanges. We apologize but we cannot make exceptions for internet orders as they are seperate from daily store transactions.

*FREE FREIGHT POLICY:*Orders exceeding $99 in merchandise and are within limitations of size and/or weight are eligible for free freight (max. is 10% of total order). This offer is for a limited time only for promotional purposes and can change without notice at any time. Orders eligible for free freight will be shipped standard ground only, to a single address, within the US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii.) Overnight and 2-day are not available under the free shipping policy. Oversized, overweight and furniture orders may not be included in the free shipping policy. You will be notified immediately should rate changes occur. Rate increases for freight charges for Air Packages. Customers are liable for additional Air Charges in the event we are unable to contact them in time for their packages to ship in the timely manner requested. In these rare cases a freight bill will accompany your order for proof of charges.

PLEASE NOTE: Free Shipping is a promotion and not a regular service. If your order falls below $99 for any reason you will be notified of and must approve additional charges. The option is always available to add or change items to meet the free shipping policy requirements. 
 

All orders can be shipped Ground, Second Day Air or Overnight service. Applicable charges and associated fees will apply. Currently, we use UPS. Shipments are received Monday through Friday excluding some holidays. Weekend deliveries are only available by speaking to one our of customer representatives. Additional fees will apply. Orders received after 12:00 p.m. est may not be processed until the next business day. Should you have specific freight requirements please call customer service during regular business hours to place your order. Orders may also be faxed to 440-892-9920.

Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via 2-day Air at current rates according to destination and weight of package. Freight will be adjusted to order at the time it is shipped. Anyone outside of the 48 US states will be contacted by phone or e-mail regarding proper shipping charges. Please note: all import, customs fees and duties (if any) implemented by each country is the responsibility of the recipient and are not a part of our freight charges.

1st time International orders must be prepaid with a bank issued money order or certified check in US funds. For faster service payment can also be made by wire transfer or paypal. Contact us via e-mail for information on easy processing by wire transfer. Credit cards purchases on future international orders are accepted on a case by case basis.

We cannot deliver to post office boxes. However as a special service for all Military, APO and FPO addresses we will make a special trip to the US Post Office to ensure all of our armed forces and their families are able to enjoy our products. You will be contacted should a rate change occur. Since we have no way of determining delivery time lease allow at least 3-4 weeks.

Although we strive to have all products in stock and ready to ship, occasionally items are depleted rapidly on our site. Should an item you ordered be out of stock you will be contacted to make arrangements for later delivery of backorders at your disgression. We appreciate your patience should this matter arise.

We will confirm your address, phone number, the product you want, and any special delivery instructions. Next, we will itemize these details on an invoice including an estimated delivery timeframe, then fax, email or mail you a copy for your review. After review, please sign off on this and fax back to 440-892-9920.

For larger freight items, SecretClosetGifts.com requires a 50% deposit to order your merchandise. When the merchandise is ready to ship, SecretClosetGifts.com will notify you, and you will be required to pay the balance of your order prior to shipping.

All larger freight items are considered special orders. Special orders cancelled after 5 days of your first deposit will incur a 35% restocking fee. In the event that you choose to cancel your order within 5 days, a full refund will be made on the condition that you request this cancellation in writing.

For larger freight items we use a White Glove delivery service. The item will be delivered, unpacked, and placed in your home. Packing materials will be neatly placed in a designated area for your disposal. Chandeliers or lighting fixtures can be unpacked but not installed. You will need to contact an electrician for this service. Mirrors or wall hanging items will be unpacked but not hung. You will inspect the item for damage along with our delivery team and sign a release.
